Policy regarding the processing of personal data

1. General Provisions

1.1. This policy regarding the processing of personal data is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Personal Data) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by BIDRUNNER LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.2. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal, and family secrets.

1.3. This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://ad-network-bidrunner.com.


2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy

  • Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
  • Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (unless the processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
  • Website — a collection of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address https://ad-network-bidrunner.com.
  • Information system of personal data — a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing.
  • Anonymization (Depersonalization) of personal data — actions resulting in the impossibility of determining the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other subject of personal data without the use of additional information.
  • Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
  • Operator — a legal or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
  • Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://ad-network-bidrunner.com.
  • User — any visitor to the website https://ad-network-bidrunner.com.
  • Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.
  • Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data.
  • Cross-border transfer of personal data— transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign natural person, or a foreign legal entity.
  • Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irrevocable destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the information system of personal data.


3. Basic Rights and Obligations of the Operator

3.1. The Operator has the right to: — receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the subject of personal data; — continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in the Law on Personal Data; — independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations provided for by the Law on Personal Data.

3.2. The Operator is obliged to:

  • provide the subject of personal data with information concerning the processing of their personal data upon request;
  • organize the processing of personal data in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • respond to requests and inquiries from subjects of personal data;
  • publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Policy;
  • take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data.


4. Basic Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects

4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:

  • receive information concerning the processing of their personal data;
  • require the Operator to clarify their personal data, block it, or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court.

5. Principles of Personal Data Processing

5.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.

5.2. The processing of personal data is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes.

5.3. The consolidation of databases containing personal data, the processing of which is carried out for purposes incompatible with each other, is not permitted.

5.4. Only personal data that meets the purposes of their processing is subject to processing.

5.5. The content and scope of the processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing.


6. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

6.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data:

  • informing the User by sending emails;
  • providing the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials contained on the website;
  • clarifying the details of an order/application.

The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at ss@bidrunner.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers."

6.3. Anonymized data of Users collected using internet statistics services serves to collect information about the actions of Users on the site and to improve the quality of the site and its content.


7. Composition of Personal Data and Transfer to Third Parties

7.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

  • Full name (Surname, First name, Patronymic);
  • Email address;
  • Phone numbers.

7.2. The site collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookie" files) using internet statistics services: Yandex Metrica and Google Pixel.

7.3. The collection of Users' personal data (including those specified in clause 7.1) may be carried out using third-party software — the Marquiz service (website https://mrqz.me), used by the Operator to create feedback forms and quizzes.

7.4. By filling out forms on the site (including embedded forms of the Marquiz service), the User expresses their consent to the transfer of the entered data to the owners of the Marquiz service for their processing for the purpose of technical support of the functioning of the forms and transfer of data to the Operator.


8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data

8.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

8.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

8.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation or if the subject of personal data has given consent to the Operator to transfer data to a third party for the fulfillment of obligations under a civil law contract (including form providers such as Marquiz).

8.4. The term for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address ss@bidrunner.com with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data."


9. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

9.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out provides adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

9.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or for the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.


10. Final Provisions

10.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at ss@bidrunner.com.

10.2. This document will reflect any changes to the personal data processing policy by the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.

10.3. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://ad-network-bidrunner.com/policy/.
